Hi world, I'm West. I am an Entrepreneur, Business and Financial Tech Consultant, and Graphic and Creative Designer from the beautiful city of Tallahassee, FL. I earned a B.A. in English and a M.B.A. in Business Analytics, and started consulting professionally in 2017. I've owned and operated several businesses over the years and have remained dedicated to developing urban businesses and nonprofits.The last decade of my career has been dedicated to making significant impact within the Digital Transformation space. I've had the opportunity to lead and design customer experience systems and processes and I've helped national and international banks like Zions, FIS, and BofA locate and mitigate risks, and to implement new cybersecurity measures. Most recently I've had the privilege of analyzing and implementing Donor Systems for The Wounded Warrior Project, an organization with a kind and profound mission. Publicly, I have had the opportunity to provision, troubleshoot, and program systems for The Florida Department of Agriculture and help manage IT systems and data projects for The Florida Department of Education.In a nutshell - I bring over 15 years of business and technology experience to your team! I am passionate and relentless when it comes to providing my clients, partners, and business associates with the knowledge, tools, and graphics to succeed in today and tomorrow's world.
